About

Background

Chanutra is an Early Childhood Development Specialist with nearly two decades of experience exploring behavioral and emotional development in the earliest years of life. She is currently training as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, deepening her study of the subconscious mind and the patterns shaped by early experiences, relationships, and environment.

Her work bridges early human development and subconscious transformation, focusing on helping individuals develop greater self-awareness, recognize subconscious patterns, regulate emotional responses, and build a stronger sense of trust in themselves.

Through hypnotherapy, Chanutra explores the transformative power of the mind, helping people understand the patterns that shape their lives, reconnect with their inner potential, and create a life that feels more aligned with who they truly want to be today.

The point of power is now.

It is a focused state of awareness and deep relaxation that allows me to work with the subconscious mind to help you make positive changes in your life.

Fun fact: According to Dr. John Kappas’s model, our early years shape the subconscious patterns that influence how we feel, think, love, and respond.

Around ages 0–8, we absorb the emotional and mental patterns that become part of our inner programming. Then, around ages 9–14, we begin forming deeper patterns around love, attraction, and relationships. This is why I am so fascinated by the early mind: so much of who we become begins before we even know how to explain it.

But those patterns are also beautiful clues about ourselves. We do not have to stay there. We can return to the present moment and begin to choose differently.

With the right tools — hint: hypnotherapy — we can begin to reshape and rewire those patterns so they match who we are today and the life we want to create now.
